Payment:

All of our providers are out of network. If your plan covers out-of-network providers, then our services should be reimbursable (after you’ve met your deductible), up to their stated percentage. You would pay us directly first and then seek reimbursement from your plan. We provide itemized invoices that will contain all the information needed by your insurance company for reimbursement. Your insurance provider can provide details about out-of-network providers and your policy.

Our fees are at Brooklyn and NYC market rate, but they differ depending on the service needed and the clinician you are working with. Call us and we are happy to discuss our fees. We will try to offer a sliding scale or lower fees when we can
